Janet Lynn (Boutotte) Daisey - Polk

Fitchburg:  Janet Lynn Daisey-Polk (Boutotte), 57, of Fitchburg, MA passed away Wednesday Morning March 27,2024.. She was born in Fitchburg, MA January 30 1967 the daughter of David and Linda (Clegg) Boutotte. She was raised in Fitchburg, MA and was a graduate for Fitchburg High School Class of 1985.

Janet worked at several area nursing homes and most recently she was a baker at Market Basket. she enjoyed her time watching and attending wrestling events, watching ghost hunting shows, and enjoyed playing and laughing with her tow children and seven grandchildren. She also loved cooking, playing with her dog Bella. He favorite holiday was Christmas. she had many cousins and loved talking about her Mason, NH childhood.

She is survived by her two children, Andrew Daisey and his wife Kimberly, and Erica Daisey, her mother Linda Boutotte all living in Fitchburg and her seven grandchildren, Sarah Daisey, Matthew McInyre, Haley Daisey, Matthew Daisey, Tyler Daisey,Lillian Daisey, and Allison Daisey. Janet also leaves her three sisters, Hollie Jacob, and husband Jason Jacob, Dawn Esielionis and husband Jason Esielionis, and Maryann Boutotte and her husband chuckie Gallego.

Janet was predeceased by her father David boutotte in 2023.

Services for Janet will be held on Thursday, April 4,2024 with a calling hour at the funeral home from 11:15 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. followed by Interment in Massachusetts Veteran's Cemetery, 111 Glenallen St., Winchendon, MA @ 1 p.m. A reception to celebrate her life, will follow at the American Legion, 295 School St. in Winchendon, MA  . All relatives and friends are welcome to attend .
