OBITUARY NOTICE :   Fitchburg : Joan H. (Holden) Jorgenson, 82 of Fitchburg, MA. passed away peacefully Monday March 27, 2017 in Health Alliance Leominster Hospital.
Joan was born September 30, 1934 in Fitchburg, MA. daughter of Richard and Helen (De Nault) Holden. She worked as a cook and baker for the City of Fitchburg Schools for over twenty years and retired several years ago.
She is survived by her husband Erwin “Randy” Jorgenson of Fitchburg, MA. her daughter Brenda  L. Murphy and husband Michael of Templeton, MA., grandchildren, Jennifer, Michael, Daniel, Elizabeth, and Carolyn, great grandchildren, Brady, Jillian, Hannah, and William, her brother Alfred Holden of Lunenburg, MA. and sister Sheila Schuster and husband Walter of Lunenburg, MA. along with several nephews and nieces.
Her funeral service will be held on Thursday March 30,2017 at 10a.m. in The Lavery Chartrand    Alario  Funeral Home 99 Summer St. Fitchburg, MA. Interment will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home are Wednesday evening from 5 until 7 p.m.
