                                             OBITUARY  NOTICE
Virginia Beach, Virginia:  Josephine (Lomaglio) Williams,90 of Virginia Beach, Virginia  passed away peacefully in her home December 18,2017 with her close friend Linda at her side.
Josephine was born in Fitchburg, MA. May 18, 1927 daughter of Gaetano and Rose (Bellone) Lomaglio and was raised and lived in Fitchburg many years.  She lived in Virginia Beach with her late husband of 53 years, Master Sergeant Paul Williams who died in 2009, for many years . Jo  worked as a Teacher’s Aid  for several years in Florida before her retirement. Jo was an avid dog lover and was a supporter of the Humane Society. She enjoyed  spending time with family and friends and loved gardening.
She is survived by her sister Rose Menard of Fitchburg, MA., her close friend Linda in Virginia Beach, Virginia and many nieces and nephews  throughout the country . She was predeceased by her siblings, Domenica Sansossio, Mary , Phil, Paul ,Sam, and Thomas “Muzi” Lomaglio.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday December 28,2017 with a Mass at 12noon in St. Anthony Di Padua Church 84 Salem St. Fitchburg, MA.  Interment will follow in St. Bernard’s Cemetery. A calling hour at the funeral home will be held on Thursday morning from 10:30 until 11:30 a.m.
