OBITUARY NOTICE : Gardner: Scott R. Vallee 49 of Gardner, MA. passed away Saturday November 5, 2016 in Gardner, MA.
He was born May 11, 1967 in Leominster, MA. son of George and Constance (Barrette) Vallee. He was raised in Leominster, MA. and was a graduate of Leominster High School and Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. He lived in Leominster, MA. many years before moving to Gardner, MA. over twenty four years ago.
Scott had a long career in Quality Control, beginning at Genreal Electric in Fitchburg, MA. where he worked for ten years before the plant closed. He continued his career at Ranor Steel, Fabrico, Spincroft, and ending at Metso Automation in Shrewsbury, MA. .
Scott was an avid Red Sox and Patriot fan and enjoyed golfing, hiking, and bicycling.
He is survived by his father, George and wife Nina Vallee and mother Constance and husband Raymond Rivard, his brother Steven Vallee and wife Gisele of Moncton, N.B. Canada, his sister Deborah Rivard and husband Steven of Lunenburg, MA. , step-sisters Rachel Richard of Westminster, MA., Debbie Cleary and Patty Loya of Fitchburg, MA., step-brothers, Ted Bissonette, Kenny, Ronny and Bob Rivard all of Leominster, MA., and many nephews , nieces, aunts , uncles, and cousins.
At his request private services will be held Friday November 18,2016. Inurnment will be in St. Bernard’s Cemetery, Fitchburg, MA. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers donation’s can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
