Ann M (Drury) Yelle

Phillipston-Ann M. (Drury) Yelle, 58 of Phillipston was stricken ill and died in Athol Hospital Sunday, April 6, 2025.

Ann was born in Leominster on April 19, 1966 daughter of Roger A. and Nancy L. (Sullivan) Drury. She grew up in Fitchburg and was a graduate of Fitchburg High School class of 1985.  She had lived the last 39 years in Phillipston. She had worked for Making Opportunity Count and prior to this New England Farm Workers Council for 15 years, prior to this she worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 25 years. Ann enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, kayaking and spending time at the beach.

Her husband Michael S. Yelle died in 2009. She leaves her son Nicholas Yelle and his fiancé Tristen of Templeton, her daughter Samantha Yelle of Gardner, 1 brother Roger Drury Jr. of Fitchburg, 2 sisters; Lynn Wiltshire of Gardner and Nancy Rolle of Ashburnham, her grandson Timothy Yelle and 8 other grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 5 until 7 pm in the Lavery, Chartrand, Alario Funeral Home, 99 summer Street Fitchburg under the direction of Stephen Moorcroft. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Heart Association (WWW.Heart.org)
