                                              Obituary Notice

Fitchburg: Anna  (Seidl) Thabet 90 of Fitchburg, MA passed away peacefully at her residence ,with her family at her side, on Friday, August 9,2024.

Anna was born in Munich, Germany,  October10 ,,1933 the daughter of Franz and Anna Seidl. She and her family came to the US and became US Citizens many years ago.

Anna worked many years as an LPN at the former Cutler Army Hospital in Ft.  Devens.  She enjoyed Swimming, Walking, playing cards with friends and neighbors, and visiting her homeland of Germany to visit with family and friends. She also enjoyed bus trips to Florida and other states throughout the US with her husband.

She is survived by her daughter , Ruwaida and her husband Ahmed Thabet, grandchildren, Dia and his wife Elham thabet, Sahar and husband David Bonollo and Diana Thabet, great grandchildren, Taylor Bonollo and Adam Thabet.

She also leaves her sister Eleanor Garlington, her niece Rosie Gionet, great niece Natasha Scolaro, Krista Henry, Danielle Gionet , and Brittany Luc and her three children She was predeceased by her husband Abder Thabet in 2023.

Services for Anna will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 in the Pieta Chapel at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, 486 Clarendon St. Fitchburg, MA  at 10 a.m. Interment will follow services. All are welcome to attend. There are no calling hours.
