Charles J. Yokela Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Charles J. Yokela who departed this life unexpectedly on February 27, 2026 at the age of 43.
Charles was born on January 23,1983 to Chris V. Yokela and Sheryl A. Jacob.
He was raised in Fitchburg, MA and attended and graduated from Monty Tech Class of 2001. He worked as a pressman by trade, but his true passion was music, you can find links to some of his work on his Face Book page.
He was a talented artist, making paint with what he had on hand, M&M’s for color and coffee for effects. He created some beautiful work.
He was a good friend and loved with his whole heart, he gave freely of his time and was always ready to help family, friends, neighbors, and strangers alike.
Charles is survived by his mother Sheryl Jacob, his daughters Anya and Jayla Yokela, his girlfriend, Alyssa Fenwick who he had a 7 year relationship with. They truly loved each other and shared many good times together. Their little “fur-baby”, Pierogi, still looks for him. He also leaves many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father Chris in 2002
There were no planned services and there were no calling hours. His family will have services at a later date.
