Charlotte (Forcier) Cormier

Gardner:  Charlotte Cormier (Forcier) 78, of Gardner, MA passed away peacefully on September 10,2021 at her residence, with all of her family at her side.

She was born December 16, 1942 in Fitchburg, MA daughter of Charles Forcier and Marguerite (Piper) Forcier and was raised in Fitchburg, MA. She was a graduate of Fitchburg High School class of 1961. Charlotte worked in the Billing Dept. at the former Burbank Hospital for many years before her retirement. Charlotte cherished her children and grandchildren. Charlotte loved to cook for her loving family she always put everyone before herself. Charlotte will be remembered saying “Did You Eat Enough” and “ Drive Safely”.

 She leaves her husband of 57 years, Denis Cormier of Gardner, MA,  her daughters, Debra McNamara and husband Fran of Winchester, NH, Donna  Cormier of New Bremen, Ohio, and Doreen Barker and husband Dan of Jaffrey, NH, her sons,  Denis Cormier of Fitchburg, MA and Derek Cormier and wife Shannon of Gardner,MA, grandchildren, Andrew Cormier of New Bremen, Ohio, Casey and Danny McNamara of Winchester, NH, Levi and Devon Barker of  Jaffrey, NH, her great granddaughter, Alice Cormier of New Bremen, Ohio, her sister Beverly Connors and husband Ronald of Westminster, MA, and her brother Charles Forcier and wife Debra of Gardner, MA. She was predeceased by her brothers William and Joseph Forcier.

Funeral services are private at her request. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers consider sending a tree to be planted in her memory or to a charity of your choice. .Please do not send flowers to her family.
