                                              Obituary Notice

          New Ipswich, N H : Edna  Inez DeLorme (Tibbetts)   passed away peacefully on Thursday afternoon, February 13,2025 at her residence, with the love of her family surrounding her.

Edna was born in Maine, on May 25,1932 the daughter of Cecil J. and Marion A.(Clough)  Tibbetts. and was raised in Waterboro, Maine. She was a high school graduate in 1950. Soon after, she moved to Wellesley, MA to work for New England Telephone Co. as a telephone operator. It was there   she met her future husband Francis DeLorme and became a military wife. That took them to the states of California, Hawaii and back to New England where they settled into  their home in New Ipswich.

Edna had a lot of hobbies including gardening, cooking wonderful meals, sewing and quilting, but her biggest enjoyment was raising her 3 daughters, then enjoying her 6 grandchildren and finally her 5 great grandchildren who called her GG.

She is survived by her daughters, Donna Guilfoil and husband Michael of Fitchburg, MA, Debra Thompson and husband Stephen of New Ipswich, N H, and Rachel Fair and husband Matthew of Merrimack, N H., her grandchildren, Frank Leach and his significant  other, Sindy Nolasco, Stephanie LeBlanc and husband Rene, Bryan Thompson and wife Amanda, Krista Martin and husband Gary, Lauren Fair, and Kelsey Fair, her great grandchildren, Skylar Martin, Lily Martin, Logan Thompson, Grayson LeBlanc, and Harley Thompson . She also leaves her sister-in-law, Claire  (Delorme) Sullivan, and brother-in-law Donald DeLorme along with many nieces and nephews. Her husband of 60 years, Francis H. DeLorme predeceased her in 2016, and also her brother Kenneth Siddle and sister Norma Kent.

Calling hours and a funeral home service will be held on Saturday, March 8,2025 at the funeral home from 10 until 12noon. All are welcome to attend.
