Eleanor A. (Cunningham) Haverty

Eleanor A. (Cunningham) Haverty , passed away peacefully at Alliance Health Baldwinville on November 14,2024 after a short period of declining health.

She was born October 23, 1925 in Fitchburg, MA, the daughter of James and Mary (Mullahy) Cunningham.

Eleanor was a 1943 graduate of St. Bernard's Central Catholic High School. She worked at Independent Lock Co. in Fitchburg, MA and retired many years ago as a secretary for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the Fitchburg court system/juvenile probation department.

She married her husband, Joseph on August 27, 1949 and they shared 66 years together until his passing in October of 2015. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her parents, her brothers, Paul , James, and Robert Cunningham AND HER SISTERS, Margaret McMurray, Janet Lawless, Rita Cunningham, and Ann Brissette.

Eleanor is survived by her children, Joseph haverty, Christine Stock, Judy Haverty and husband David LaVangie, John Haverty and wife Lisa, and Patrick Haverty and wife Susan, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews
