Harold N. LeBlanc, 88, a lifelong resident of Fitchburg, passed away peacefully at home on January 22, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
Born in Fitchburg, he was the son of the late John and Delia (Goguen) LeBlanc. Harold was the last surviving sibling of his family, having been predeceased by his two brothers and five sisters. For many years, Harold was a dedicated member of the workforce, serving as a Union Painter for the Montachusett Construction Company.
Harold shared a beautiful life with his beloved wife, Elaine (Paradis) LeBlanc. Married on January 24, 1959, the couple shared 67 years of unwavering devotion. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Norman LeBlanc and his partner Deb Krauss; his grandson, Shayne Morse LeBlanc; and a large, loving extended family of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and aides of UMass Memorial Health Hospice for the compassionate care provided to Harold in his final days.
