Katherine Joan Wilhelmina McLellan, passed away peacefully at UMass Memorial Medical Center on July 11, 2024 after a courageous battle with renal disease at the age of 61.

Born as a twin, and the sixth of seven children to Kenneth and Joan McLellan, Kathy is survived by her father, Kenneth and wife, Ginger, sister Shirley and partner John, brothers Rick, Kenneth Jr./Denny, Mark and wife Kelly, her twin Kevin (and the Duke to her Duchess) and wife Lynn, and Jeremy and wife Patty as well as numerous, considerate, lovable nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

Kathy had her struggles along the way, as many do, and decided to change her life to mend previously broken bridges and relationships.  She dedicated her life to sobriety and finding a way to live well and fully.

Kathy was an avid craftswoman, painting watercolour scenes, scrapbooking and paper quilling. She was a dedicated member of Bible Believers Baptist Church for many years, demonstrating her commitment by being active in the church community.

There are no visitations or funeral services planned at this time. However, a memorial service of her life is planned for Sunday, September 15 at 11 AM.
