Kathy J Valcourt

Fitchburg:  Kathy J. (Procell) Valcourt 66, of Fitchburg, MA passed away peacefully in Health Alliance Leominster Hospital on Friday June 3,2022 with her family at her side.

She was born in Leominster, MA December 22,1955 the daughter of Floyd and Gloria (Chartrand) Procell. She was raised in Fitchburg and attended Fitchburg schools.

Kathy worked in the packaging dept. at Wachusett Potato Chip Co. in Fitchburg for several years. She also worked at Boutwell & Owens, and Seaboard folding Box Companiesboth of Fitchburg.

Kathy was the widow of her beloved husband Roger Valcourt who passed away just a few months ago. She is survived by her son, Dana Procell and his wife, Desiree of Fitchburg, MA, son, Michael Procell and his wife, Kerri of Florida. Her sister, Brenda Skinner, her grandchildren, Deanna Procell and partner, Zack Livingston, Dana Procell Jr., Gabriella Procell, Brittany Quidoz, Leland Quidoz, Jaila Procell, and Maddie Procell and her great grandson,Zahir Livingston and several nieces & nephews. Kathy was predeceased by her sister Debbie Ciccone of Leominster.

Kathy was an Elder of the Choctaw-Apache tribe of Ebarb Louisiana. She enjoyed going to Pow-Wows, going with her husband to Nascar Races, keeping in touch with friends, playing with her dog, Butch and cat, Sammie, and talking about her grandchildren who she always wanted to spend more time with.
