Lucille T (Girouard) Boldizar

Boldizar- Lucille T. Girouard - age 68, of Worcester, Massachusetts, passed away in her sleep on July 14, 2022, after her long time battle with Alzheimer's.  Lucille Boldizar was born May 6, 1954, of Fitchburg, Massachusetts to Gloria Duvall and Leo Girouard.  She had been married to Jozef Boldizar who predeceased her.   
Lucille had worked as a CNA and loved being able to help and take care of other’s loved ones.  Later in life she changed careers in Sales and Retail to still continue working with people.  
Lucille loved to collect all things Betty Boop and Eeyore.  She enjoyed going for walks, watching law and order, drinking ice coffee and spending time with family.  
Lucille survived by her son Timothy L. Girouard, daughter-in-law Amy M. Girouard and her daughter Viktoria Boldizar. Her 2 brothers Leon E. Girouard, Leonard J. Girouard, and sister-in-law Regina Girouard.  Her Grandsons Kendrick E. Girouard, Jozef D. Kelley, and Granddaughter Gizelle R. Kelley.  Great grandson Oliver R. Girouard.  Her cousins Linda and Tom Stewart, Donna Kennedy, Erin Devito, and Anne Stewart.  Also many extended cousins and family.   The loving care from the Village Rest Home in Leominster, Massachusetts and Christopher’s House of Worcester, Massachusetts. 
Calling hours will be on Frida, July 22, 2022 from 5 until 7pm in the Lavery, Chartrand, Alario funeral Home, 99 Summer St Fitchburg
