                                             OBITUARY  NOTICE

Lunenburg :  Madeleine B. “Bonnie” (Donovan ) Marcotte 97 of Lunenburg, MA passed away on April 1,2020 at her residence with her son John at her side.

She was born  May 28,1922 in Philadelphia, PA  daughter of Walter E. and Madeleine B. (Kennedy) Donovan . She was a graduate of St. John De Baptist School in Philadelphia.  Bonnie served as office manager for the Law firm of Joseph L Fox in Philadelphia for over 30 years.  She has lived in Lunenburg, MA for many years.Bonnie as she was known, was a member of the Booster Club in Fitchburg, MA, the Council on Aging  and the Sr. Friendship club both in Westminster, MA. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Church.

She is survived by her two sons, Francis T. and wife Aino Marcotte in Crestview , Florida and John P. Marcotte and his former wife Rossana  Marcotte of Leominster, MA, a granddaughter Michelle Brookins, great granddaughter Riley Brookins and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband of 46 years, Francis R. Marcotte in 1991 along with several brothers and sisters and her grandaughter Vanessa Marcotte.

Funeral services for Madeleine will be held privately . Interment will also be held privately. The Lavery Chartrand Alario Funeral Home  99 Summer St. Fitchburg, MA is directing. Michael S. Alario Oner – Director.
