Normajean AmblonéeGodin,61,ofStoughton,Ma.,entered into God’s eternal care on Sunday ,July 21,2024.BornAugust29,1962,inFitchburg,Ma.,she was the daughter of the late Normand and Jackie Godin(Bissonnette). Normajean graduated from Fitchburg High School and was a longtime resident of Fitchburg and Lunenburg. She was a dedicated employee of MGN&Associates and a fiercely passionate supporter of the local youth hockey community where she served as the former President of the Twin City Youth Hockey Association ,and as a Mass Hockey Board Member.She lovedspending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Being a grandmother was Normajean’s greatest accomplishment, her grandchildren lit up her world; being“Gigi”to Sophia, Daegan, Jack, and Fiona is everything she dreamed of.

Surviving,in addition to her former husband, David Amblo are her children, Dennis, and Christina Amblo of Rockland,Ma.,Stephan and Kaitlain Amblo of Hanover,Pa.,and, JenniferAmblo and Ron Bagnera ofActon,Ma.,three grandchildren Daegan, Jack, and Fiona Amblo,;three sisters,Rita Cormier,Theresa Folmer,and Cheryl Godin,;Her beloved mother-in-law, Elizabeth Amblo,sister-in- law, Amy Mahoney, brother-in-law Larry Amblo and many nieces and nephews. She is joyously greeted at the Lord’s gates by her precious granddaughter,Sophia Jacqueline Bagnera and is reunited with her brother, Edouard Godin.

Visitation will beheldFriday,July26,2024,from11am until 1p.m.at TheLavery-Chartrand AlarioFuneral Home 99 Summer St. Fitchburg, MA followed by short ervice overseen by Father JosephDolan. Afterwards,friends and family will come together at Slattery’s at 2pm to celebrate Normajean’s life, all are welcome to join.
