                                              Obituary Notice

          Leominster:  Patricia  Krucek (Szymkowski) , 81, of Leominster, MA passed away peacefully in Fitchburg Healthcare on Sunday, October 13,2024.

She was born  in Ayer,MA October 30, 1942 and was the daughter of the late Walter and Tessie (Krukley) Szymkowski. She resided in Shirley, MA many years before she moved to Leominster.

Patty enjoyed her retired years which included reading, bizz wiz, and of course playing her scratch tickets. She also enjoyed spending time at Cape Cod with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Frank R. Krucek III and wife Erica of Chicago,IL,  three daughters, Sheila Forgues and husband Peter of Westminster, MA, Sherry Baker and her boyfriend Bernie Laroche of Gardner,MA , and Jennifer Fuller and her husband Barry of Sandwich, MA, seven grandchildren, Jared Forgues, Zachary Forgues, Jason Perenzin, Matthew Perenzin, Melissa Moriarty , Antonia Fuller and Jack Fuller, two great grandchildren, Brendan Mathieu, and  Aiden McDonald.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Walter Szymkowski Jr. of Ayer, MA in 2019, and Robert Szymkowski of Texas in 2019.

 A Funeral home service will be held on Monday, October 28,2024 at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral Home and all relatives and friends are welcome to attend.

Burial will be private at the request of her family.
