Paul Blodgett

Paul L. “Shorty” Blodgett, 72 of Fitchburg died September 24, 2022 in Health Alliance/Leominster Hospital after an illness.  Shorty was born in Springfield VT on October 17, 1949 son of Henry Blodgett and Lucille (Danforth) Blodgett Bowlan. He had worked for Furniture Rehab Co of Fitchburg for many years. Shorty was a kind and caring man, who was an awesome dad. He was a cancer survivor. He will be greatly missed.
He leaves one daughter, Penny Blodgett from Fitchburg, 2 stepsons, 1 stepdaughter, 1 sister Laurie Lizotte of Pensacola FL, his longtime girlfriend Bonnie St Armond, many nieces and nephews and his love bird Petoo. He was predeceased by his wife Marie D.T. (Lizotte) Blodgett, 2 daughters Polly and Paula Blodgett and his siblings Gerry Blodgett, Evelyn Melanson and Judy Godin.
Calling hours under the direction of Stephen R. Moorcroft, will be held Thursday October 13, 2022 from 5 until 7pm in the Lavery, Chartrand, Alario Funeral Home, 99 Summer St. Fitchburg MA.
