Paul E. Gamache

Paul Gamache passed away on August 2, 2025.

Born on May 24, 1960, Paul was the beloved son of George and Mary Ann Gamache of

Fitchburg, MA. He graduated from St. Bernard’s High School and pursued his passion for music

by studying audio engineering in Texas. Paul’s Dad has fond memories of Paul spending many 

years beside him and his grandfather working at the family store, Gamache’s Cyclery, in Fitchburg, MA.

Paul’s love for music was boundless. Whether it was a concert or a small gathering, you could

always find him on the dance floor, moving to the rhythm. An audiophile, he had a deep

appreciation for the intricacies of music, sound, and its production. He was an avid reader, often

immersing himself in five newspapers a day to stay informed. Sundays were sacred to him, as

he never missed a New England Patriots football game.

Paul was known for his intelligence, humor, and caring nature. He had a deep affection for

animals and cherished his family and friends.

He is survived by his father, George, and his wife, Mary Lee Gamache; his sisters, Julie Walker

and Susan McPartlan; his nephew, Brent Hainsworth; his partner, Amy Wallace; and his great-

niece, Mara Hainsworth
