Pauline C. (Charron) Pelland, 101 of Fitchburg, MA passed away peacefully on May 17, 2025 at her residence, with her loving family at her side.
She was born at home to Alma and Wilfred Charron and was a lifelong resident of Fitchburg. She was also actively involved and a long time member of St. Joseph's Church.
Pauline graduated from Fitchburg High School in 1940 and was noted as one of the oldest Alumni (to date).
In her younger years, she worked as a bookkeeper at Aubuchon Hardware and at Cleghorn Oil for many years after that.
Survived by: Michael R. Pelland, Michael A. Philbin Pelland, Kammarie C. Pelland, Kimberly L. Pelland, Andrea (niece) and Fran Hachey, her sister-in-law Therese Charron, and several great nieces and nephews
Predeceased by: her husband Roland A. Pelland in 1979, and her parents Alma(LaBerge) and Wilfred Charron, her brothers Ernest Charron, Camille Charron his wife Antonio Charron
Pauline's hobbies and interests included time spent with the Kingsman Drum and Bugle Corp. in her role as a Tabulator and Marching Maneuvers Instructor and she also enjoyed spending time with her family, going on trips with her friends, reading, sewing, and playing cards.

The Daughters of Isabella, Golden Ages, Retired Women's Club and was active involved at the Fitchburg Senior Center.

Pauline was a sweet, loving, kind, and gentle woman who always had a beautiful smile on her face as if every day was a special day and every moment mattered..
Calling hours and a prayer service will be held on Wednesday, May 28,2025 from 12 noon until 2p.m. All relatives and friends are welcome.
