William “Billy” Alan Comeau, 45 of Leominster passed away on Monday July 10th, 2023. Billy was a lifelong resident of the area and a Leominster High School graduate, class of 1997. Billy had a heart of gold and made lifelong friends wherever he went. He was someone you could laugh with and someone you could cry with through good times and bad. Billy had a dedicated passion for his love of working on cars. Over the course of his career, he went on to become an independent business owner and achieved great success in many of his career goals. But Billy’s greatest love of all was his daughter Ella, whom he loved with all his heart and soul. Billy’s sudden departure from this earth leaves us with an immeasurable amount of grief and a spirit that will never be forgotten.
He leaves behind his daughter Ella Comeau of Fitchburg, his ex-wife Stephanie Comeau of Fitchburg, his stepdaughter Emily Handy of Leominster, his sister Tiffany Landry of Fitchburg, his brother Tyler Landry of Fitchburg, several nieces and nephews, his beloved grandmother Barbara Comeau, several aunts and uncles,and his close cousins and friends whom he enjoyed spending his time with.
Billy was met with open arms and joins his loved ones in the afterlife as he is predeceased by his parents, Deborah (Comeau) Landry and David Landry, his grandfather John “Jack” Comeau and his beloved life partner Karen Handy whose passing in December of 2021 left him heartbroken.
A celebration of Billy’s life will be held for family and friends on Saturday July 22nd at the Eagles in Leominster at 6:45pm. A private burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery later this fall.
